Ontario Outdoor dining kicks back in this Friday June 11th and during step one, only four people will be permitted at one table, however, some exceptions will be made. More people will be permitted if everyone is from the same household, plus one person who lives alone or a caregiver.
This would ultimately limit how many people could be on the patio to comply with the distancing and seating requirements. As long as tables can be 2 meters apart, there are no capacity limits for outdoor patios.
Restaurant patios can go back to serving liquor based on the regular hours of service of Ontario’s Liquor Licence Act Regulations. Meaning Last Call is back to 2am. This hasnt been seen since the pandemic began over a year ago.
Enjoy this weekend for who knows how long!
