I’ve been with them since they opened which we are approaching our 10 year Anniversary.
Why did you become a bartender?
I’m a bartender because I enjoy what I do and I love to interact with people and I enjoy the atmosphere of Dirty Martini.
What made you want to work at the bar at which you’re currently bartending?
I work for Dirty Martini because they are like family to me.
They have treated me with the upmost respect and have taken good care of me for many years. 23 years to be exact.
I have worked at their other successful locations…palazzo, plastique and now Dirty Martini.
What are some fun flavors you’re working with?
I enjoy using flavoured vodkas, Soho and Hypnotic with some of my creations.
What are some of the unique spirits and ingredients you’re playing with?
Some of the unique spirits I have been actually testing out lately is Elder flower which seems to be a wonderful hit with our female clientele.
What do you feel is the next hot trend in mixology?
My opinion for new hit trends is gluten free vodka, and low-calorie drinks.
What’s popular right now in the mixing glass or shaker for your customers?
The most popular glass has always been a rock glass.
What are you sipping on and why?
I’m sipping on flavoured vodkas and of course my all time favorite shot Jager Bomb.
What are you dancing to while tending bar?
Top 40 is what I’m moving to when I’m pouring my drinks.
What are some quirks/quotes you are known for?
My favorite quote that I’m known for is….. Finally a Place where Adults can Dine, Dance and Play, The one and only DIRTY MARTINI
Whats the most memorable thing to happen to you while at work?
The most memorable experience I have had in this industry is Serving Wayne Gretzky

the hangover”. What’s your beer mantra?
My favorite beer mantra is…it’s finally Saturday the only tough decision you need to make is Bottle or draft!
