The private, seven-seat experience comes courtesy of Chotto Matte, the Japanese-Peruvian restaurant on Bay Street, and King & Bay, a family-run bespoke menswear studio operated by fifth-generation master tailors. Hosted in King & Bay’s private lounge on the 25th floor of Brookfield Place, the evening pairs panoramic city views with a six-course tasting menu prepared tableside — small plates, premium sushi, and indulgent desserts, alongside signature cocktails and wine pairings.

The full experience runs around $5,500 plus tax for the group, and while King & Bay typically caters to menswear, the event is open to anyone looking for an elevated night out paired with the reward of a genuinely one-of-a-kind piece of clothing.
