They had a free buffet as you entered the club with wings, pasta, veals you name it. The city tried and tried and finally forced them to shut their doors&nbsp;on&nbsp;February 5, 2001.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"512\" height=\"340\" src=\"https:\/\/www.torontonightclub.com\/ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/unnamed-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5384\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.torontonightclub.com\/ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/unnamed-1-1.jpg 512w, https:\/\/www.torontonightclub.com\/ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/unnamed-1-1-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><figcaption>Guvernment<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>GUVERNMENT \u2013 17 years, Closed January 2015 132 Queens Quay East, was Toronto Toronto\u2019s largest nightclub at over 22,000 square feet. The Guvernment was an eight-room complex with twenty-foot-high ceilings. The 3,500 capacity club featured a custom-made sound system and large LED screens in its Main Room.
