Sweet Minis has been quietly building a following since 2024, but this summer the mobile dessert business is having a genuine moment \u2014 and the timing isn’t a coincidence.<\/p>\n

The brand set up shop at Harbourfront Centre from June 11 through July 11, a stretch that happens to overlap almost exactly with the FIFA World Cup’s presence in the city, putting the trailer within easy reach of the influx of visitors passing through downtown Toronto. What started in 2024 as a pop-up booth for weddings and private parties \u2014 serving miniature pancakes topped with fresh fruit, candy, syrups, and whipped cream \u2014 has since grown into a recognizable Airstream trailer operation, expanding its menu in 2025 to include Dubai chocolate-strawberry cups, milkshakes, and flavoured lemonade at festivals across the city all summer long.<\/p>

This year’s headline addition is scoopable cookies: warm cookie dough, scooped fresh daily into a cup and topped with ice cream and a chocolate drizzle. Even without the viral cookie cups, the full menu of mini pancakes, waffles, matcha, and lemonade is worth the stop on its own \u2014 a solid reason to build a Harbourfront visit around dessert rather than an afterthought.<\/p>
