INK Entertainment knows how to build a room people want to stay in \u2014 the hospitality group is behind spots like Akira Back, Amal and Sofia, all of which have earned strong followings on the King West strip. Vinny fits the portfolio but takes a deliberate step in a different direction, eschewing the flashier elements of the group’s other venues in favour of something more focused and considered.<\/p>
