For cocktail enthusiasts who have spent years envying international bar rankings, this was an event to mark in the calendar.<\/p>\n

The occasion was as thoughtfully curated as you’d expect from a bar of Lady Bee’s calibre. Chef Daniele Pisanu developed a special Peruvian-inspired prix fixe dinner menu \u2014 featuring elegant interpretations of beef heart skewers, ceviche, and uni cous cous \u2014 designed to complement an optional suite of Lady Bee cocktail pairings. The four-course dinner was priced at $120, with cocktail pairings available for an additional $80.<\/p>
